  1. Benchmarkers: Remember to keep the program minimized and to
  2. set pure=1 in the Digideck.ini when you are benchmarking!

  13. Note that this version can be manually associated with Windows
  14. Explorer. You can connect MP3 files and M3U playlists with
  15. Digideck so that double clicking on them in explorer will
  16. automatically load up Digideck and play the song, or change the
  17. song that is in progress. A later version of Digideck will have
  18. an option to associate the files automatically, but for now you
  19. will have to do it by hand using the File Types menu in Windows
  20. Explorer (its a relatively brainless affair).

  22. --- Creating Custom Skins
  23.  
  24. Easy. All you have to do is change the bitmaps to ones of your
  25. own creation, and then edit the Skin.ini file so that it
  26. contains the coordinates of all your buttons. The coordinates
  27. are specified in the order x,y,width,height.
  28.  
  29. A question that people have asked recently is what colour should
  30. you use for the "transparent" colour? The answer is, it doesn't
  31. matter. Digideck will use whatever colour is on the upper left
  32. corner of your bitmap (pixel 0,0) as the transparent colour. Any
  33. other pixel that matches this colour EXACTLY will show through
  34. to the desktop.
